Don't give up
As I'm typing this note, it's Sunday night at 10:30 pm, and I've had a weekend where I've felt like giving up.

It started Friday afternoon when I returned home from visiting a national park near Paris, which is where I took this selfie.
I've had worry-type thoughts running through my mind all day and all night (have hardly slept).
I've wondered if I'm going in the right direction with this business.
I've been concerned that I don't have the skills I need to create what I truly want.
But here's the thing:
I'm not going to give up. I'm not going to quit.
Quitting is not an option. I'll keep going until I get where I want to go.
And in the meantime, I'm planning to enjoy every day -- even days like I just described.
Is it possible to enjoy a day when you're filled with worry?
Yes, if you know that worry thoughts don't actually mean there is anything wrong.
For most of my life, I listened to those types of thoughts and believed them.
Nowadays, I don't believe much of anything that goes through my mind, particularly if it indicates a limitation.
Because why would I want to listen to THAT? That's not the energy I want to live in anymore. So I dive down underneath that worry energy and relax into the truth, which is a whole lot more FUN.
That truth is this: You and I are limitless beings who are capable of anything we decide to do. ANYTHING.
There is nothing greater than the power of a decision, because then it's like all of our creative power is summoned. The steps we need to take appear as we need to take them.
So I take the next step.
And the next.
And the next.
- I write the next CourseBook.
- I write the next email.
- I prepare for my next live talk.
- I write out new ideas for courses and ebooks.
- I offer something for people to buy.
In between those steps, I remember who I am.
Who WE are.
Even when we're worried or stressed ...
We are still more powerful than we could ever imagine.
